I believe great leaders aren't born - they are developed through intentional practice, reflection, and guidance. My approach combines evidence-based leadership frameworks, cultural and emotional intelligence, practical application, and continuous learning and adaptation.

With over 20 years of global talent development experience, I've helped leaders in the private sector and non-profits navigate challenges across ed tech and digital transformation, healthcare and life sciences, K-12 and higher education.

I am a TypeCoach Certified Professional, a Center for Creative Leadership 360 facilitator, and hold a certification from the Co-Active Training Institute Coach Training Program. I received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and a Master's degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
