I am a certified coach and talent leader dedicated to creating successful organizations through investing in leaders and building programs, processes, and cultures that empower all team members to reach their full potential, thrive in their roles, and find purpose in their work. ​My approach combines evidence-based leadership frameworks, cultural and emotional intelligence, practical application, and continuous learning and adaptation.

I've had the privilege of leading and supporting extraordinary teams on five continents over the past 20+ years in talent development. I've helped individuals and organizations overcome challenges and create the futures they seek in the private and non-profit sectors, across finance, ed tech, healthcare and life sciences, K-12 and higher education.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), TypeCoach Certified Professional, and a Center for Creative Leadership 360 facilitator. I received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and a Master's degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
